AIR CONDITING, VENTILATION AND HEATING SYSTEM
The building has central air-conditioning, ventilation and heating system. Design criteria of the system as follows; · For air-conditioning: Fan Powered Reheat VAV system has been selected. The system fully complies with the Institution of Turkish Standards, USA BOCA and ASHARE recommendations. · To achive maximum quality of air and oxygen, internal air sensors have been utilised. The system is designed to have 50m³/h fresh air per person. The system is suitable for cool down with 100 % fresh air or for free cooling when the outside temperature is suitable. · The system has been designed in a way that each room or zone in the building could adjust heating and cooling loads independently. · It complies with the internationally accepted, NC 40 (noise criteria) and RC 35 (room criteria) · Energy recovery system allows to achieve maximum cost reduction. · Parking areas are ventilated with the centralised ventilation system that consists of suction and blowing fans which comply with USA BOCA. The sensors continuously monitor air quality automatically and adjust variable flow control devices. The energy saving is carried with this ventilation adjustment, depending on number of cars in the parking area. In case of fire, the system works at maximum flow rate to get the smoke out of the building. Special precaution is taken to overcome Leclunelia at cooling tower and humidifiers. · Heating system consists of two boilers, selected as condenser type to achieve maximum efficiency. High technology boilers without any limitations of return water temperature and flow rate. · HVAC systems used in the building are environmentally friendly and high efficient systems. · Every equipment and pipeline in the building is protected against seismic forces. |
