Power Distribution

· Tekfen Tower's total power will be supplied from BEDAÞ Levent GIS centre by two circuit (36 KV), one of which will be spare. · Energy requirement of the Tower will be supplied by 4 sets of 34.5/0.4 kV dry type transformers, each of one is 2000 kVA. · Transformers are coupled two by two for either fault case or maintenance. · Tower low voltage distribution will be 380/220 V, AC, 50 Hz. · Loads will be feeded from the second source in case of any failure of one of the supplies. · 2 sets of 1600 KVA stand by D/G generators and 1 set of 1000 KVA stand-by D/G generator will be installed to feed critical and emergency loads. In addition to daily fuel oil tanks of generators, special fuel oil tanks will be used to run the generators for 3 days without any stop. · 2x330 KVA static UPS' s will be installed for all of the electronic systems and instruments such as (data active devices, telephone exchange unit, fire alarm centre unit, computers etc) · Tekfen Tower is designed as an intelligent building and designed according to the contemporary technology.

Domestic Energy Consumption Invoicing System

· Energy consumption (including emergency and UPS energy consumption) will be measured and invoiced to each tenant separately. · There will be counters for each tenant in the sub distribution panels of tenant floors.

Central Clock System

· Central Clock System is designed to supply the time unity for the specified areas of Tekfen Tower. There will be one-sided digital clocks at elevator halls, lobbies, cafeteria, conference hall, driver's room, kitchen and building management maintenance rooms. · All cables used in this system will be halogen free type.

Telecommunication System

· The external lines of Turk Telekom will be connected to the external main distribution box (MDF) of the tower. 50 pair PDV type telephone cables will be used for distribution of the telephone lines to the floors. · Main telecommunication system will be installed by fibre-optic cables and all horizontal cabling will be halogen free.

Cable TV Distribution System

· Cable TV distribution including couplers, splitters etc. will be installed to watch cable TV at the offices. Cable TV Distribution equipments are compatible to SMATV System. · It is suggested for each tenant two TV outlets, which will be distributed by coupler's from main TV feeder line. · It is also suggested to install TV outlets at places such as cafeteria, conference hall, driver's room etc. · In the Cable TV system at horizontal lines, halogen free RG-6 type 75-ohm coaxial cable will be used and for vertical lines halogen free RG-11 type 75-ohm coaxial cable will be used.
