LIGHTING
· Lighting and socket outlet distribution system is designed according to NEC, NFPA, IEC, VDE and TSE standards. Lighting for areas that do not have any local control (such as corridors, lobby, elevator holes etc.) will be controlled by lighting automation system. · Intelligent dimmer system with scene sets will be used to control the lighting level of lighting fixtures of the main entrance, lobbies, conference hall and cafeteria. · % 25 of lighting fixtures of all areas will be supplied by generator system against energy breakdowns. · All exit signs and emergency lighting fixtures, which have been used at fire staircases, elevator holes, offices and public areas, were designed to work 24 hours. · Total number of the emergency lighting fixtures will be at least % 5 of the total number of the lighting fixtures. Emergency lighting fixtures with 90 minutes battery back up will be used for the case of both energy cut and failure case of generator system. · It is designed such that, at each working group in the offices, there will be one grounded socket outlet (500W) and one UPS socket outlet (300W). There are two socket outlets for service facilities in the office areas of all floors and at core there is one grounded socket outlet for service facilities. One normal grounded socket outlet is placed for each 6 m² of all other places. Three phase socket outlets are designed in addition to monophase socket outlets for technical areas. · Socket outlets at the electrical rooms and low voltage system rooms will be emergency type. · 30 mA earth leakage current relays for the socket outlets of all wet places will be placed inside the panel for outgoings and 300 mA earth leakage current relays will be placed for incoming lines. · Lighting projects of offices will be designed according to the tenant's requirement with the approval of the building management. · All cabling whether surface mounted or flush mounted will be in EMT conduits and all of the cables inside conduits will be halogen free type. |
